Phase 2: Tuna Noodle Casserole
1/2 Jar Rising Moon Garlic/Basil Pasta Sauce (any pasta sauce with NO Oil will do, but this stuff is yummy)
1/2 t Dehydrated Onion
1/2 t Dehydrated Onion
1/2 12 oz Can Wild Caught Tuna, drained (it will be about 3.5 oz drained)
Dash Cayenne
1/8 t Celtic Sea Salt
1/2 Bag Miracle Noodles (The Angel Hair Pasta is really great for this recipe)
Place all ingredients in oven safe bowl. Cover with oven safe lid (I use a plate, but careful cuz it is tricky to not burn yourself when removing). Bake 350 F for 1/2 hour. Chow!

Yes, I know, it isn't raw and it isn't vegan. But I do occasionally get wild and splurge, and this is a nice way to do it.
