Yesterday:
Breakfast - Green Smoothie (1/2 Pink Grapefruit, Apple, Stevia, 2 Scoops Pea Protein, 2 Scoops Hemp Protein, 2 Romaine Hearts, 3 t BarleyMax)
Snack - Kombucha
Dinner - PF Chang's! Ordered Salad w/no chick, no dressing, no wontons; Garlic Snap Peas w/no oil; Cucumbers w/no oil; Garlic Spinach w/ no oil (note: Chang's cooking oil contains soy, which I don't consume) Sprinkled Hot/Spicy Oil over all along with Red Sauce. YUMMMM!
Evening Snack: 2 rows of Protein Fudge

Dinner - Leftover Salad & Cucumber from Chang's; 2 X (nori sheet, 2 celery sticks, almond butter) Wrap!

I am finding that even when I feel I have stuffed myself and am very full, I am maintaining weight! HalleluJah!! I want to try to stay below LDW this round during P3, so I was concerned after last nights' feast at Chang's and subsequent fudge fest. But this AM when I weighed, I had maintained spot on at 163.0! So the metabolism IS working properly!
