Round 3 Phase 3 Day 5

162.6 this AM! I am so far achieving my goal of staying below LDW this P3. Folks, I'm telling ya, Green Smoothies are the key for me. And in P3 I use the Hemp Protein Powder instead of the Pea because it has a more complete nutritional profile, it is organic, and it is less expensive at my little affiliate store. Dinner: 2 rows Protein Fudge; 1/2 Avocado (mashed)+Chang's Red Sauce+Handful Crunchy Sprouts; 6 Kalamata Olives; Trilogy Kombucha
